Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for the Request for Proposal(RFP) Institutional consultancy to conduct a policy landscape study of climate-adaptive and social protection risk transfer, including designing a Parametric Risk Transfer Mechanism, in Indonesia. The detailed Terms of Reference can be found in Annex I. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday; 11th June 2026 at 14:00 Hours Jakarta Local time via Microsoft Teams. Your offer should include a Technical and Financial Proposal, each in a separate document, and should be submitted in English to jakartasupply@unicef.org. Please ensure that proposals submitted by email are attached as files. Please note that submissions via links (e.g. cloud storage links) will not be accepted and will be considered invalid unless otherwise specifically requested.
