The programmes will support MSD clients aged 25 years and over, with part-time or full-time work obligations to prepare for and achieve sustainable employment. Please note that this Advance Notice is NOT a tender process - it is simply a notification to the supply market that a procurement opportunity is forthcoming and provides some high-level details about the opportunity. Please refer to the attached document for more information. We intend to go to market with a Request for Proposal (RFP) in February 2026. The opportunity will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) and MSD Purchasing and Finance System (called Weka).
