The contractor shall ensure that propane tanks, both government-owned and contractor-owned, maintain usable fill levels, with a minimum requirement of 20% tank capacity for tanks greater than 30 gallons. The contractor will be responsible for accurate accounting, invoicing, and reporting as required by the contract. There shall be no propane outages on the installation unless approved by the Contracting Officer (KO) or the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). \n\n \nDugway Proving Ground (DPG) is situated in a remote area approximately 90 miles southwest of Salt Lake City, UT, with significant distances to the nearest town and natural gas infrastructure. Due to the lack of natural gas within 40 miles, DPG relies on propane for its energy needs.
