Description

The subject of the public procurement contract is the procurement of goods - Electricity for the needs of the Municipality of Valandovo. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the technical specifications attached to this tender documentation. The subject of the contract is not a part. The public procurement contract will have a duration of 12 (twelve) months. The contract shall cease to be valid even before the expiry of the specified time periods if the financial resources specified in the contract are spent. The contracting authority reserves the right not to allow the full value of the contract. The maximum value of the contract is 9,000,000.00 denars excluding VAT.
