NZTA is seeking a consultant that is experienced in the NZTA business case approach and has an understanding of transport operations. The consultant will develop an investment case that demonstrates the benefits of proposed initiatives to improve NZTA’s Transport Operations Centres, from both a monetary and non-monetary perspective. In parallel with the investment case preparation, NZTA will be conducting detailed investigation into several initiatives to improve Transport Operations Centres. The consultant will be required to collaborate with stakeholders and workstream leads to incorporate the results of the investigations into the investment case, resulting in a comprehensive plan for improvement of Transport Operations Centres over the next 5-10 years. Electronic copies of the RFT documentation are attached to this advertisement. All tender queries should be directed to the Tender Secretary via GETS.
