The Government intends to \n\n Purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a \n\n Sole source basis with NIDEC MOTOR CORPORATION, under the authority implemented by Federal \n\n Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.. \n\n Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be \n\n considered for award of any DOD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at \n\n http://www.SAM.gov. \n\n See Attached Solicitation Standard Form SF18 and Section C Statement of Work (SOW) \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the \n\n \n\n Vendor’s best quote in terms of lowest price and technical acceptability. Your quote must \n\n \n\n contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.
