The online psychometric assessment services should include at least one (but may not be limited to): • measure of general mental ability with the Buyer prioritising a general measure of fluid intelligence. •measure of English language oral comprehension and general literacy ability. •or an assessment to measure an individual’s personality. NZ Police is also open to, and interested in, other psychometric assessment options being advocated by providers such as specific/relevant skill assessments, Situational Job Tests (SJT), Integrity and Values Assessments, Motivation Assessments, and others that may be deemed appropriate. What we don’t want NZ Police does not want providers who cannot provide day-to-day oversight, valid assessment offerings and long-term New Zealand relevant reporting and analysis. Nor does NZ Police require Proposals which include abstract, speculative, trial, or developmental approaches to the selection and utilisation of psychometric assessments.
