All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 5, 2025 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Automated DNA and RNA Extraction SystemCanadian Food Inspection Agency has a requirement for the supply of one (1) Automated DNA and RNA Extraction System to be delivered in Ottawa, Ontario. Interested suppliers must meet the mandatory evaluation criteria in the Annex Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria - Requirement of the Request for Proposal. The period of the contract is from the date of award to one year after the date of acceptance inclusive with up to one (1) additional one (1) year periods to exercise the optional additional services detail in the Annex Statement of Requirement. In accordance with the Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, only Canadian suppliers are eligible to submit an offer.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
