PPQ monitors the presence and/or movement of a variety of target pests using a network of detection traps, including specialized lures placed in the Jackson Trap. To carry out this core mission, PPQ requires Jackson Traps to conduct insect detection surveys to support regulatory decision-making for federal quarantine pests. \n\n \n\n This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.
