In the event that multiple proposals fall within the same competitive range, favorable consideration will be given to offerors demonstrating a local office presence over those operating solely from a U.S.-based location. \n\n 2. Under the Master BPA, does the Government anticipate any long-term rentals (e.g., continuous 12-month rentals or multi-month rentals) for certain vehicle categories, or should we assume calls will be predominantly short-term (e.g., daily/weekly/30–90 days)? \n\n The Government anticipates a mix of rental durations depending on the specific mission needs outlined in each individual call order.
