Document editing services

Description

Object BDC invites suppliers offering document production services (hereinafter referred to as "services") to submit a Proposal for certain recurring document production mandates. Following this call for tenders, BDC wishes to enter into a service agreement (also referred to as the "contract" herein) for a term of five (5) years, with two (2) renewal options of one (1) year each, which options may be exercised at the sole discretion of BDC. Mandatory requirements EO.001 The Bidder must confirm that it has a place of business in Canada or Europe and that it has an establishment where it conducts its business, where the persons authorized to represent it are located, and where it has the resources necessary to carry out its activities. EO.002 The Bidder must confirm that its team is able to provide services in both official languages of Canada (French and English). EO.003 The services proposed by the Bidder and which would be performed if the contract were awarded must be provided by individuals residing in Canada or Europe in a proportion of at least 70% of the total price bid, and said services must be provided during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), according to Eastern Time (UTC-5). The Bidder must confirm this statement.
