CLIN Groups 1, 3, and 6 will be solicited as single awards and CLIN Groups 2, 4, and 5 will be solicited as multi-awards. The awards will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), fiveyear, supply contracts utilizing best value trade off processes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-1. Award will be made to the best overall proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. The contracts will contain priced quantity ranges to cover FY 27-FY31.
