RFP- Health NZ NSH BMS Controls Replacement Project

Description

Health New Zealand, Northern Region, Waitematā District (the Principal) is seeking to procure the services of a Building Management System (BMS) Contractor to deliver the design and build of a new open source BMS at the North Shore Hospital campus (the Project). The BMS Contractor is being procured via an Open Request for Proposals (RFP) issued via the Government Electronic Tenders Services (GETS). Note: Other Health NZ Northern Region hospitals may source the same / similar services during the contract term of the contract awarded as a result of this procurement. The BMS Contractor will be required to provide the same terms and conditions and the same / similar pricing and commercial settings. Refer to the attached RFP documentation for further details
