Deteriorated mortar joints and fissured granite pavement

Description

The project, located outside the West Block, involves repairing damaged paving areas along the roadway. Erosion has affected the grout in several places, requiring targeted repairs. Some granite sections will be redone by replacing the deteriorated tiles and mortar. During the work, the contractor will document the condition of the concrete slab once exposed, locate the expansion joints, and take photographs for future reference. This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165 in the General Contractor Stream. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
