It is important that the system we source is library-sector specific, meaning that it can sync with our Library Management System, which holds the contact details of our members and is the ‘single source of truth’ for this information. The contract for our current email marketing system is coming to an end on 31 April 2026, so we require a replacement to be fully operational from 1 May 2026.
