The works will cover like-for-like replacement of metal, membrane and translucent roofing systems, including all associated flashings, fixings, adhesives, and rainwater goods (spouting and downpipes). The scope also includes site establishment, scaffolding and access requirements, removal of existing roof components and any roof-fixed services, installation of roof insulation where accessible, and reinstatement or relocation of plant and services as required. Ancillary carpentry and builders’ work will be undertaken to support the installation, with all activities to be delivered under a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP). This project is classified as essential infrastructure. We advise that additional scope is likely to be added to the projected following contract award.
