Energy performance upgrade works to existing post primary school including replacement of flat roof weathering, insulation, rooflights and associated parapets, replacement of pitched roof tiles, battens, insulation and associated upstand works, external wall insulation, windows and doors upgrade works, internal works including replacement of ceilings, existing insulation, rewire of building, installation of MHVR units and heat pump, minor internal layout modifications and all associated site works with the above.
