Design, Development, Implementation and Support of a Digital Portal for the PEACEPLUS ASPIRE Project

Description

This tender proposes the design, development, implementation, hosting, support and maintenance of a secure digital portal to support the delivery of the PEACEPLUS ASPIRE shared education programme. The portal will provide a central online platform for preschool settings, educators and families to collaborate, share resources and participate in programme activities. The contract includes user management, content management, safeguarding controls, accessibility requirements, technical support and ongoing system maintenance. The digital portal will support engagement across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland in line with the objectives of the PEACEPLUS ASPIRE project.
