Introduction The Joint office of UNDP, UNFPA and UNICEF in Cabo Verde invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of Early Childhood Education and Development Kits, consisting of educational, play-based, creative, motor development, and inclusive learning materials for use in early childhood education settings. Scope of the Tender The successful bidder will be required to Supply and deliver a comprehensive set of educational and developmental items, including: Learning and cognitive materials (language, mathematics, science) Play-based and role-play equipment Arts and creative materials Physical and motor development equipment Musical instruments Inclusive and special needs (NEE) learning materials Ensure all items: Comply with international safety standards (e.g., EN71 or equivalent) Are child-safe, durable, and suitable for educational use Meet environmental sustainability requirements (non-toxic, recyclable materials where applicable) Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
