Removal of the existing windows on the west side of the building facing the carpark. The windows are to be replaced with double glazed windows. The current windows on the western side are made up of two sets of two windows in two different sizes. The smaller windows are 1330mm in width and 1625mm in height, the larger windows are 4320mm in width and 1625mm in height. The Window frames cannot be reused as they are starting to completely rust out with current paint peeling which appeared to be lead paint. Window frames are to be replaced with aluminium frames. 2. The current window reveals are steel and are to be replaced with aluminium. 3. New flashings to be installed to ensure the hall is weather tight. 4. All wooden interior window surrounds are to be tidied and have acceptable trade standard paint finish. Painting will follow the AS/NZS 2311:2017 Guide to painting of buildings. All works are to be notified to the hall custodian and community board ahead of time to prevent clashes with scheduled works and hall bookings. We are seeking Quotes that offer the best value. Payment will be made as one lump sum upon successful completion of the scheduled works. The project must be completed before 30 June 2026 with the project being continuous from the commencement date until completion.
