The overall objective of the assignment is to support farmer organisations (FOs) in defining technical specifications, developing designs where applicable, costing, identifying appropriate suppliers and service providers, obtaining quotations and pro forma invoices, and assessing the technical feasibility of proposed investments, while providing technical advisory support throughout the implementation process.
