RFP/2026/020 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF WAREHOUSING SERVICES FOR UNHCR IN LEBANON

Description

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Beirut-Lebanon, invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of warehousing services referred to hereinafter as “Services”. UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of three (3) years, potentially extendable for a further period of two (2) years. The successful bidder(s) will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s). Requested services on warehousing under this RFP are planned to commence on 01st December 2026. Offered Services should be provided and managed by the main service provider submitting an offer and not subcontracted to a third party. The estimated average monthly storage requirement for non-food items is 14,500 cubic meters of dry storage capacity, with an additional requirement of up to 70 cubic meters of chilled storage, if needed.
