TR5383-Supply, Implementation, Licensing, Support and Maintenance of an Enterprise-Grade Digital Preservation System

Description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure an off the shelf, single party SAAS solution for the supply of a Digital Preservation System including implementation, licensing, support, and maintenance for the ESB Archives. The solution will protect digital content against technological obsolescence and data degradation, support automated and policy driven preservation actions, and integrate with ESB’s existing Microsoft 365 environment (including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview retention labels) and the corporate archival cataloguing system (Axiell).
