Description

The University is seeking information from suitably experienced development, investment, construction, accommodation, and property partners regarding the potential delivery of a new purpose-built student accommodation development at The Terrace, Wellington. The University is undertaking this Request for Information (RFI) to: • test market appetite and capability; • explore potential commercial, funding, ownership, and operational models; • inform the commercial case and commercial structure for the University’s Business Case (BC); and • help determine the scope, structure, and content of any future Request for Proposal (RfP) process.
