IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(1), the estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. \nThe approximate solicitation issue date will be February 19th, 2026, with a site visit anticipated for February 25th, 2026. The solicitation will include a Justification and Approval for Brand Name construction materials and the approximate response due date for bids will be March 23rd, 2026.\nThe solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns to install Brand Name construction material. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to bring all necessary personnel, inclusive of subcontractors, tooling, and materials necessary to the pre-bid site visit.
