This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified participants to submit a proposal for the Carrington Road Improvement (CRI) project. This RFP is a single stage procurement process. *Note: Contract award is contingent upon the granting of resource consent. Acceptance of the proposal will occur only after resource consent has been obtained.
