Description

The Australian War Memorial is seeking the provision of scheduled maintenance from a facilities maintenance supplier on the facilities services including:Lump Sum tender for the provision of Scheduled and Reactive Maintenance of key facilities services within the permanent buildings in the Campbell and Mitchell Precincts;a Work Repair Limit (semi-comprehensive component—see clause 4.2 of Schedule 1A (Statement of Requirement—Facilities Maintenance Services); anda Schedule of Rates for Extended Works.To allow the Memorial to restore, house and present their collection, the buildings contain a significant quantity of traditional and specialised facilities services assets.Further details of the Requirement are set out in Schedule 1—Statement of Requirement.
