RMC R4 indicates repair, for the first time, directly from the actual manufacturer. RMSC R indicates the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to contract repair of this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. \n\n \nThe Government does not own or have access to the data for these items. The Government has determined that this system is a military unique item. \n\n \nContractor shall furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services. The contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all support equipment required at their facility or a subcontractor’s facility. Contractor furnished material or parts used for replacement shall equal or exceed the quality of the original material or parts. \n\n \nThe known sole source contractor for this effort is Raytheon Company. \n\n \nContractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards.
