They do not meet modern bathroom standards for accessibility and hygiene. There is also the requirement to provide heating to certain areas of the block that currently rely on inadequate plug-in heaters. The new proposed heat pump solution will deliver controllable heat to all of the office spaces as well as providing cooling during the summer period that is currently not available with the current heating solution.
