The Passport office is requesting to remodel, expand, and refresh approximately 36,500 SF throughout the leased space to update and improve the efficiency of their mission operations. The construction drawings are complete and a building permit has been obtained from the local jurisdiction. The Passport office will remain open to the public and functioning throughout the course of the construction. Therefore, the construction drawings have been divided into seven phases. Note: The first phase was previously started in early 2024 and then construction was stopped on 5/29/24. Phase one is partially done.
