LTA Provision of Third-Party HR Services (Ancillary Staff) for IOM Afghanistan

Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Afghanistan invites bids from qualified Afghan service providers for a two-year Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Third-Party Human Resource Services (Ancillary Staff), with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance. The successful Service Provider will be responsible for the recruitment, employment, payroll management, and routine HR administration of ancillary support personnel deployed across IOM operational locations in Kabul and provinces throughout Afghanistan, in full compliance with Afghan Labour Law. The Service Provider will be the direct employer of all personnel engaged under this LTA. Bids must be submitted exclusively through WAVE no later than 2 July 2026 at 23:59 Kabul Time.
