1135304 Renovation of the Embassy in Warszawa - General Contract

Description

Procurement of a general contractor for the renovation of the Norwegian Embassy in Warszawa.The project is located in Fryderyk Fusion gate 2A, Warszawa, Poland. The main building is a listed historic building over three floors with a net area of approx. 1,400 m2. The property also includes a non-listed garage building of net 80 square meters to be demolished. A new building shall be constructed that replaces the garage. The scope of the work includes the following assignments: Demolition and structural alterations: Demolition of the non-protected garage building. Demolition of the stairway in the east of the main building. Implementation of the necessary structural changes in the historical main building. Facade renovation: Renovation of the main building ́s facade in accordance with requirements from the cultural memorial authorities and historical guidelines. Ensure that the facade ́s aesthetic and technical condition maintains the building's historical value. Installations and technical services: Installation of necessary mechanical, electrical and sanitary systems. Preparation of cable routes for future ICT and security installations (the actual installations are not included). Internal works: Includes surfaces, fixed installations and fixtures (loose furniture is not included). Ensure that all installations and surfaces fulfil the specifications in the tender documentation. Landscaping and connections: Outdoor landscaping around the building. Establishing connections to public supplies and the necessary infrastructure. The contractual relationship will be regulated by FIDIC "Red Book" as well as the attached contract terms.
