The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. \nThe applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19.0 Million.\nThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information for contractors that janitorial services in accordance with the Statement of Work for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS).
