Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will undertake a comprehensive review and analysis of social dialogue mechanisms in the Philippines at national, regional, sectoral, and enterprise levels. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to legal and policy review, institutional mapping and analysis, consultations, assessment of institutional gaps and challenges, development of a National Social Dialogue Strategy, validation and finalization of the same.
