This requirement is subject to a National Security Exemption and is exempt from the provisions of the Trade Agreements. Furthermore, supplier participation must be limited to Canadian suppliers, in alignment with the Buy Canadian Policy Framework. his bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Services and Procurement Canada to provide Third-Party Benchmarking and Assurance Services for the transformation and renewal of HR and pay business in the Government of Canada on an “as and when requested” basis initiated through a Task Authorization.
