This contract includes: \n\n 1 base year \n\n 4 one-year option periods \n\n 1 six-month extension option \n\n Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government will utilize RFO Part 12 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the following evaluation factors: Price and Technical Acceptability (Minimum 2 years of Protestant RE leadership exprience). \n\n Submission Requirements: Interested and responsible entities are encouraged to submit a quote.
