Council is interested in hearing from prospective suppliers with the ability to maintain and operate Council’s Civil Infrastructure to understand how best to attract suitably skilled suppliers to ensure the Council and Community receive a high standard of infrastructure. This RFI is intended to help Council understand the drivers that may affect suppliers’ willingness to compete, and the challenges that prevent suppliers from considering providing services in the Chatham Islands. Council is also seeking to understand the factors that they can address to better attract quality suppliers to deliver a consistently high standard of infrastructure management for the community of the Islands.
