Design, development, implementation, and support of a secure, cloud-based digital platform for the SEUPB-funded CyberQuest Project across Northern Ireland and border counties. The platform will include a Data Capture & Impact Evaluation System for real-time monitoring, KPI tracking, and SEUPB reporting, plus a Career Planning & Workforce Management component with skills portfolios and digital wallets. Full GDPR compliance, scalability, and 44-month support required. This is funded by the SEUPB and part funded by the EU.
