We invite contractors to participate in this voluntary consultation process and provide feedback on the following areas: - Design solution - Construction methodology and delivery approaches - Construction sequencing and phasing strategies - Programme duration - Temporary access arrangements and site logistics - Proposed construction contract - Alternative tender options This early engagement process aims to incorporate industry expertise and market insights into our project planning, ensuring optimal delivery outcomes while maximising value for the community. At this stage, we would like to invite you to provide feedback on the areas above, with the date for responses: 4pm on 18th August 2025. Feedback received will be treated as commercial in confidence and will only be used by the GDC to test our approach and reasoning behind that.
