MajSC173 Westport Private Stormwater Wastewater Separation Phase 1

Description

The Council requires a suitably qualified contractor to undertake private stormwater–wastewater separation works on up to 106 private residential properties within the Roebuck catchment, as Stage 1 of the wider program of works. The works involve design and installation of dedicated private stormwater drainage, disconnection of stormwater inflows from the wastewater system, and reinstatement of affected surfaces. The contract will be delivered on a measure-and-value basis using a priced Schedule of Prices, with work orders released progressively against confirmed properties. The program timeframe for Stage 1 delivery is 18 months from award of contract. NB: All Tender Files have been attached as Addenda.
