Call for External Collaborator – Quantitative analysis of the social protection extension

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Based on social protection data collection and analysis, the consultancy will assess the cost and financing gap to extend social protection. It will also estimate the expected poverty impact of the extension scenarios on key beneficiary groups. Opportunities of fiscal space to finance economically sustainable social protection extension will be complementing the above mentioned analysis in order to provide financing options. The consultant will present intermediary and final analysis to the national stakeholders and engage in policy discussions included the reports.
