The Embassy of the United States in Singapore anticipates posting an RFP on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website when it is available. \n\n The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, has a requirement to replace Generator #1 existing day tank pump with a new pump system at the U.S. Embassy Singapore. \n\n All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. \n\n The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract and may award based on the initial proposals without discussion in accordance with FAR 52.215-1. \n\n The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date, time, and locations for this conference will be provided in the RFP. \n\n All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. \n\n The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp \n\n Performance of this contract will take place in Singapore. Prospective offerors must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate legally. Contractors will also be responsible for complying with all applicable local labor, safety, and tax laws, and must ensure that any such obligations are satisfied prior to contract performance.
