The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for unarmed security services in support of the HHS National Conference on Women’s Health 2026. \n\n Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements described above. Capability statements shall not exceed 10 pages and must clearly demonstrate: \n\n \n\t \n\t Experience providing armed event security services of similar size and scope \n\t \n\t \n\t Capability to provide licensed armed and unarmed security personnel \n\t \n\t \n\t Experience deploying magnetometers and K9 security services \n\t \n\t \n\t Ability to develop and implement security protocols for large conference venues \n\t \n \n\n The Government will review all responses received by the closing date of this notice.
