These programmes are of an educational and motivational nature and are designed to help improve participants sense of wellbeing, motivation and mood. The proposed outcomes of the programmes are to increase healthy behaviours (mental and physical) as well as providing the people in our prisons with a sense of accomplishment and achievement.
