If this information is not provided, then it will be assumed the entire requirement cannot be met.\n\nDescription of Requirement:\nThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Preventive Maintenance Services for the 9700 Mini ProCycler X for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. \n\nRequirement for Services:\n\nItem No.\nItem Description\n1\n9700 Mini ProCycler X\nPeriod of Performance: Base + Four Options\n\nSOW Requirements:\n\nMaintenance and Inspection Activities:\nPerform routine checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer s guidelines.\nInspect and clean all components of the 9700 Mini ProCycler X, including filters, pumps, and condensers.\nCheck for any leaks, corrosion, or wear and tear, and repair or replace parts as necessary.\nVerify the proper functioning of control systems and safety features.\nTest the 9700 Mini ProCycler X s performance and ensure it meets the specified operational standards.\nCalibrate all instruments and sensors to ensure accurate readings.\n\n\nScheduled Maintenance:\nDevelop and provide a detailed maintenance schedule outlining all preventive maintenance activities to be performed, including recommended intervals.\nNotify the Pathology and Lab s histology designated point of contact (POC) at least one week in advance of any scheduled maintenance visits.\nEmergency Services:\nProvide emergency maintenance services outside of scheduled maintenance visits as needed.\nIn response to this announcement, please provide the information requested below requested in this market research table questionnaire.
