{"description":" (DOS) is an Army organization sited on Fort Novosel, Alabama. DOS plans, coordinates, implements, and manages live, virtual, constructive, gaming (LVCG), and Mission Command (MC) efforts that support Institutional Initial Military Training (IMT), Professional Military Education (PME), and select external training readiness requirements. DOS executes its critical training support mission from two separate facilities (Bldg 5440 and Bldg 5101) which together house in excess of $500 Million worth of \nsimulation and simulator equipment as well as associated network and communication architectures. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract Service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor, in turn, shall be accountable to the Government for Contractor or subcontractor personnel.
