Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center, 77 Wainwright Drive, Walla Walla, WA 99362-3975.\nDESCRIPTION: \nThe Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor and materials to demolish the connecting corridor, restore or repair the exterior features that are touching the corridor, and relocate all utilities that are still active from underneath the corridor in trenches below grade. Sidewalks, staircases, ramps and some landscaping will be added where indicated after demolition and utility relocation has occurred.\nADMINISTRATIVE: \nThe solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 15, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation.
