The combined total square footage may not fall below the minimum ABOA SqFt. of 16,597 square feet and not exceed 17,470:\n\t \n\t\t Block A: 6,456-6,796; \n\t\t Block B: 4,679-4,925; \n\t\t Block C: 3,192-3,360; \n\t\t Block D: 2,270-2,389. \n\t \n\t \n\t Twelve (12) reserved parking spaces are required. \n\t The office space, elevator and the parking must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. \n\t Offered space shall be located in a commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. \n\t Space cannot be co-located with retail or rehabilitation centers (drug or criminal). \n\t Buildings must have the ability to meet ISC Facility Security Level III requirements or as determined by the Federal Protection Service (FPS). \n \n\n Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
