Carlow County Council (the Contracting Authority) is procuring Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy Services to support the delivery of the refurbishment and adaptive reuse of the former Bank of Ireland premises and associated site works at Court Place, Carlow. The Project is a heritage-led regeneration initiative involving the conservation, refurbishment and reuse of protected structures, the upgrade and deep retrofit of later extensions, and associated public realm and site development works as a single integrated scheme.
