Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an Individual Consultant to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Summary of the work to be performed: The purpose of this assignment is to undertake documentation of learnings and lessons which will emerge from the NSSF smartlife roll-out to essentially inform resilience building and promotion of protection against risk and vulnerabilities encountered across the lifecycle. This is a critical exercise which aligns with the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development’s work on reviewing the 2015 National Social Protection Policy, by articulating stronger policy messaging on coverage extension through strengthening formalization of employment relationships and economic units in the informal sector.
